Alexandre (Alex) Bélanger is a clinical hypnotherapist who provides services in both English and French for individuals aged 14 and older. With a background as a professional actor, he brings strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to help clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the therapeutic process.

Selena est travailleuse sociale et possède de l’expérience en intervention psychosociale, en intervention de crise ainsi qu’en accompagnement auprès des jeunes adultes. Son parcours dans différents milieux communautaires et d’urgence lui a permis de développer une compréhension approfondie des défis émotionnels, relationnels et personnels que peuvent vivre les personnes qu’elle accompagne. Travailleuse sociale passionnée, j’accompagne depuis plusieurs années des personnes et des
familles vivant diverses réalités psychosociales, relationnelles et de santé.
Mon expérience en soutien à domicile ainsi qu’en pratique autonome m’a permis de développer
une approche humaine, bienveillante et adaptée aux besoins uniques de chacun.
Au fil de ma pratique, j’ai eu l’occasion d’intervenir auprès d’adultes, de personnes âgées, de proches aidants et de familles traversant des périodes de transition, d’épuisement, de stress, d’anxiété ou des défis liés à la perte d’autonomie et aux relations familiales.
J’ai également développé une solide expérience auprès de personnes vivant avec des déficiences
physiques, des troubles neurologiques et diverses problématiques de santé ayant un impact sur le
fonctionnement quotidien, l’autonomie et la qualité de vie.
Je privilégie une approche centrée sur le lien thérapeutique, dans le respect du rythme et des

Leily is a clinical social worker with over 6 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across a variety of social service settings. She is passionate about supporting individuals through difficult life circumstances and believes in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Leily values building strong clinical relationships and recognizes that every individual’s experiences, strengths, and needs are unique. She believes therapy should not follow a one-size-fits-all approach and strives to tailor interventions and support strategies to best meet each client’s personal goals and circumstances. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand the challenges they are facing, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and develop the tools needed to navigate difficulties with greater confidence and independence.
She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations with a specialization in Family Science at Concordia University, where she developed a strong understanding of family systems and the impact that life experiences and challenges can have on individuals and family dynamics. She later completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University following her interest in further supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges through psychotherapy.
Leily is currently in the process of obtaining her OPQ permit in order to provide psychotherapy services and continues to pursue ongoing professional development and specialized training to enhance her clinical knowledge and interventions.

Hannah’s work has been shaped by years of supporting people & families through some of life’s heaviest and hardest moments. She has experience supporting people who are navigating grief, burnout, betrayal, impulsivity, inter-generational trauma, identity struggles, infidelity, neurodivergence, infertility, and general malaise.
Hannah is deeply skeptical of one-size-fits-all approaches to healing & support. She does not rush people toward “fixes,” timelines, or performative resilience. Instead, she offers a grounded, thoughtful space where complex emotions, contradictions, and unfinished stories are welcome. Her work centres dignity, autonomy, and meaning-making, and emotional safety.
Hannah is a registered member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ). In addition to her education and professional licensure, she has also completed advanced training in decolonized approaches to grief, trauma, addictions, and suicide through Giwiidabindimin and Giwiidosendamin programs and holds certificates in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Suicide Prevention, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. She is committed to ongoing learning that challenges dominant clinical narratives, builds on relationships and deeper understanding to ensure her practice is ethically grounded and responsive.
